• Question: If you have children would you encourage them to become an Engineer?

      If it was something they wanted to do then yes, definitely! I would always shout the benefits of this sort of career but equally I would want my children to do something they were passionate about and to follow their own dreams. Similar to activities like this and all the engineers and scientists that are taking part, we are a very passionate group of people and believe in inspiring all generations to get involved in STEM subjects.

      Of course, I would. I would encourage them but at the same time would pay close attention to their natural abilities and chosen paths and passions. I would try to give them the support of feeling confident about who they want to become and I hope this would be enough for them to make the right for them, choices.
      I’m STEM ambassador and it is my mission to show benefits of this sector to young people and encourage them to do it. I would naturally do the same for my kids.
